Eligibility, Education Qualification & Experience
1. Assistant Registrar — Essential Qualification
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent (UGC 7-point scale) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years’ administrative experience in academic institutes / open learning / distance institutes / autonomous bodies.
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems; fluency in English; strong communication skills.
Desirable: Knowledge of National Law University system, student record systems, UGC/RTI/AICTE/NAAC/Govt. regulations.
Age: Preferably below 40 years.

Section Officer — Essential Qualification
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent recognized qualification.
- 7 years’ experience with UG degree / 5 years’ experience with PG degree in relevant field (preferably educational institutions/government/semi-govt/industry).
- Proficiency in English and Gujarati.
Desirable: University experience, database skills, MS Office certificate.
Age: Preferably below 35 years. (See page 2).
Deputy Section Officer — Essential Qualification
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 5 years’ experience with UG degree / 3 years’ experience with PG degree in relevant field.
- Good functioning knowledge of English.
Desirable: CCC certificate. Age: Preferably below 35 years. (See page 2).
Technical Assistant — Computer — Essential Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology (Computer Science / IT) OR Master’s Degree in Computer Science / MCA.
- At least 2 years’ experience in relevant field in university / research / govt / PSU / reputed private org (annual turnover criteria quoted in notification).
Age: Preferably below 32 years. (See page 2).
Age Limit
Age limits are given as preferable in each post’s desirables (Assistant Registrar: <40 yrs; Section Officer & Dy. Section Officer: <35 yrs; Technical Assistant: <32 yrs). Final eligibility will be determined on the last date of receipt of application.
Salary
Pay scales are per 7th CPC of Government of Gujarat — Level 10 / 08 / 07 / 05 respectively for the posts. (Refer to official notification for exact pay matrix).

Selection Process & Syllabus
- Selection: Written Test followed by Personal Interview. Only eligible & shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
