Eligibility Criteria
1️⃣ Assistant Manager
- MBA from recognized University
OR - 2 Years Full-Time PG Diploma in Business Management (AICTE approved)
OR - Chartered Accountant (CA)
2️⃣ Office Superintendent
- Second Class Graduate in any discipline
- 10 years administrative experience in Govt/Semi-Govt/Board/Corporation
- CCC+ Computer Certificate
3️⃣ Assistant Junior Clerk
- Second Class Graduate
- CCC Computer Course Certificate

Salary Details
- Assistant Manager – Level 9 Pay Matrix + Allowances
- Office Superintendent – Level 8 Pay Matrix + Allowances
- Assistant Junior Clerk – ₹26,000 Fixed (3 years probation) → Then Level 2 Pay Matrix
