• Boiler Attendant
• Refrigeration Operator

Education Qualification

Boiler Attendant:

• 1st Class Boiler Attendant
• 5 Years as First Class Boiler Attendant.

Key Roles and Responsibility:

1. Operating boilers: operating boilers and ensuring that they are generating the correct amount of steam or hot water required for the process.
2. Monitoring boilers: to ensure that they are functioning correctly and efficiently. They also check water and fuel levels, pressure and temperature gauges, and other safety devices.
3. Maintaining boilers: including cleaning, inspecting, and replacing components to prevent breakdowns and maintain efficiency.
4. Troubleshooting problems: troubleshooting and repairing the problem to minimize downtime and prevent accidents.
5. Ensuring safety: ensuring that boilers are safe for operators to use and are up to code. They must be familiar with safety procedures and emergency protocols.
6. Following regulatory requirements: such as those related to emissions, water quality, and pressure vessel inspections, to ensure that boilers meet environmental and safety standards.
7. Recording and reporting data: maintaining records of boiler performance and reporting this information to management.

Refrigeration Operator:

• Minimum ITI – RFM
• 5 Years as RFM Operator.

Key Roles and Responsibility:

1. Operating refrigeration systems: to maintain temperature and humidity levels necessary for the products being stored or processed.
2. Monitoring refrigeration systems: to ensure that they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
3. Maintaining refrigeration systems: including cleaning, inspecting, and replacing components to prevent breakdowns and maintain efficiency.
4. Troubleshooting problems: troubleshooting and repairing the problem to minimize downtime and prevent product loss.
5. Ensuring safety: ensuring that refrigeration systems are safe for operators to use and are up to code.
6. Following regulatory requirements: such as those related to the safe handling and storage of refrigerants, to ensure that refrigeration systems meet environmental and safety standards.
7. Recording and reporting data: maintaining records of refrigeration system performance and reporting this information to management.
