Educational Qualification
- Mandatory: MBA / PGDM / PGDBM (HR / HRD / HRM) from AICTE / UGC recognized institutes
- Preferred Certifications:
- HR Analytics
- SHRM-CP
- SHRM-SCP
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources / Training
- Preferably in IT Industry or IT vertical of BFSI sector
- Teaching/Training experience will NOT be counted

Salary / CTC
