Eligibility Criteria:

To ensure that you’re the perfect fit, let’s look closely at what’s required:

• Indian citizenship.
• Age not exceeding 45 years on the date of the interview.
• Willingness to travel frequently to different villages for field work.
• Must hold a valid motorcycle driving license.
• Fit enough for rigorous fieldwork, demonstrated by producing a physical fitness certificate from a recognized Medical Officer.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must meet at least one of these academic qualifications:

• Diploma in Agriculture from a recognized institution.
  OR
• ITI Certificate in Seed Production (completed certificate course).

Age Limit:

• Maximum age: 45 years as on the date of the interview.

Pay Scale | Salary:

• Fixed pay: ₹10,000/- per month.
• Travel Allowance (TA): ₹1,500/- per month (for a maximum of 8 months).
• Please note, this position does not include additional allowances like pension, bonus, LTC, DA, or medical reimbursement. Salary increase or other financial increments are not admissible during the contract period.

Selection Process:

We’re selected purely through a walk-in interview and document verification:

1. Report at the venue by 9:30 AM; the interview starts at 10:00 AM sharp.
2. Bring bio-data in prescribed proforma, one passport-size photograph, original certificates (educational, experience, age), and attested photocopies.
3. Physical fitness certificate (only on selection).
4. Final selection based on merits and interview performance.

Exam Pattern:

There is no written exam for this post. The selection happens solely via interview and document verification.
