The New India Assurance Company Limited (NIACL), a Government of India undertaking and one of India’s leading public sector general insurance companies, has released the official notification for the engagement of Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. A total of 550 Apprentice training seats have been announced across various states and union territories in India. Interested and eligible graduates can submit their online applications from 23 June 2026 to 06 July 2026.
Candidates selected for the apprenticeship program will receive a monthly stipend of ₹12,300 during the one-year training period.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:
- Must be a citizen of India.
- Candidate should not have completed apprenticeship training earlier in any organization.
- Candidate must be a fresher with no previous apprenticeship experience.
- Candidates having one year or more job experience after graduation are not eligible.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates should possess a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Graduation must have been completed between 01 January 2022 and 01 June 2026.
