Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Level-1 (GP-1800): 10th Pass / ITI / NAC by NCVT.
• Level-2/3 (GP-1900/2000): 10+2 or equivalent / 10th + ITI / Act Apprenticeship.
• Level-4/5 (GP-2400/2800): Graduate or equivalent degree.

Sports Qualification

• Candidates must have represented India or achieved positions as per the sports norms mentioned in the official notification.
• Minimum 3rd position in recognized national/international championships as per post level.

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 25 years
• (Born between 02/01/2001 and 01/01/2008; both days inclusive)
• No age relaxation is applicable.

Salary

As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix:

• Level-1: ₹18,000 – ₹56,900
• Level-2: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200
• Level-3: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100
• Level-4: ₹25,500 – ₹81,100
• Level-5: ₹29,200 – ₹92,300

Selection Process

1. Sports Trials (Game skill, physical fitness & coach’s observation – 40 marks)
2. Assessment of Sports Achievements – 50 marks
