- Passed 12th Standard (XII) or equivalent from a Government recognized board/institution.
Sports Qualification
For Officer (JMG Scale I):
- Must have represented the country in international competitions.
For Clerk (CSA):
- Represented State in National Championships
- OR Member of University/Combined Universities team
- OR Top 3 position at Inter-University / Inter-District level
